Accessibility Statement

Commitment

ALCA S.r.l., with its registered and operational office in Pozzo d’Adda (MI), Via del Lavoro no. 28, is committed to making its website accessible to all users, in compliance with the applicable Italian and European legislation (Legislative Decree no. 82/2022, implementing European Directive 2019/882, known as the European Accessibility Act).

This accessibility statement applies to the following website: www.alcacavalli.it.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with the applicable legal requirements.

Although it has been designed taking into account the indications provided by the European Accessibility Act, in order to:

  • ensure compatibility with assistive technologies;
  • facilitate access to digital content, services, and functionalities;
  • provide an inclusive experience for users with visual, hearing, motor, or cognitive disabilities;

the above-mentioned website is only partially compliant with the requirements set out by the applicable Italian and European legislation, due to the cases of non-compliance and exemptions listed below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not fully accessible because the website only has the “One Accessibility” plugin installed and in use as accessibility support. This plugin provides useful scanning/suggestion tools and a usability widget for end users, but it does not guarantee full compliance with the legal requirements in the following areas:

  • keyboard navigation and focus management on interactive components (menus, pop-ups/modals, sliders, tabs/accordions);
  • use with screen readers;
  • semantic structure and reading order (the H1-H2-H3 heading hierarchy, sections/landmarks, and logical content order cannot always be modified, as they depend on how pages are built in Elementor);
  • form accessibility (labels/instructions, error handling, confirmation messages, and focus on errors cannot always be guaranteed);
  • accessibility of content (videos with subtitles/transcripts, and any downloadable PDFs/documents cannot always be guaranteed);
  • compatibility/accessibility of any third-party plugins or widgets (which may introduce behaviours that cannot be corrected by the “Ally” plugin).

Work is nevertheless ongoing on some of the above areas in order to make further improvements to the website and increase its usability.

Preparation of the accessibility statement

This accessibility statement was first drafted on 10 March 2026 and will be reviewed and updated at least annually, as required by the applicable legislation, or whenever significant changes are made to the website.

The accessibility assessment of the above-mentioned website was carried out by third parties through subjective and objective analyses, in compliance with the technical criteria established by the applicable legislation. The verification activity focused on the website’s key user journeys and the most commonly used page templates.
